We are seeking compassionate, motivated, and flexible nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality palliative care within the community setting.
The role involves providing holistic, person-centred care and support to patients and families living with life-limiting illness, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.Ideally, applicants will possess:Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) experiencePostgraduate qualifications in Palliative Care or a related fieldDemonstrated experience in community and/or palliative care nursingStrong communication, assessment,
