The creative work we produce shapes how Victorians discover, trust, and choose us to build their homes.The RoleWe're looking for a passionate and detail-obsessed Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team at our brand new Mulgrave Head Office.
You'll work across a range of touchpoints including digital, print, campaigns and social, helping bring the Fairhaven brand to life with consistency and creativity.We want someone who has opinions, brings ideas to the table, and takes ownership of their work.What You'll Be DoingContributing to brand evolution, with real creative work still to be done off the back of a fresh rebrandDesigning across digital and print: campaigns, social content, online ads, books and brochures, signage and wayfinding, eDMs and more.Collaborating with the rest of the marketing team to translate briefs into compelling creativeMaintaining and building on our new brand guidelines with care and consistencyBringing ideas proactively,



not just executing but contributing to how we thinkWhat We're Looking For2 to 4 years of graphic design experience, in-house or agencyA portfolio that demonstrates a sharp eye, solid typographic sensibility, and rangeSomeone who cares about the craft and the detailsProficiency with Mac, and software such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, with Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop essential and After Effects a bonusStrong communication skills and the ability to take and give feedback wellExperience in property, construction or real estate is a plus, but not a prerequisiteWhy Fairhaven?
