About the Role:Lead, mentor and support the spray paint team to achieve daily production targetsAllocate work and monitor workflow to maximise efficiency and qualityConduct quality checks and provide coaching to maintain exceptional workmanshipPaint cars to a high standard and in accordance with CARe processesWork closely with the Production Manager and other departments to meet repair deadlinesAssist with vehicle preparation, colour mixing and polishing as requiredMaintain spray booths, equipment and a transparent workspaceAssist other painters and preppers as necessaryAbout You:Qualified Spray Painter with extensive industry experienceDemonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop othersTeam-first attitude with a hands-on approach to leadershipStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPassionate about delivering exceptional quality and customer outcomesPermanent Resident or appropriate Australian working rights
