Craignish Country Club Hotel on the Fraser Coast is seeking a Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily hotel operations and lead a friendly team. You will ensure exceptional customer service, manage rosters, handle end-of-day cash, and maintain compliance with RSA, RSG, and food safety standards while fostering a positive workplace culture.
The role is full time, 38 hours per week on a rotating roster, with shifts across mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
