You will liaise with solicitors, brokers, and borrowers to achieve settlement within the required time frames.You will work both autonomously and collaboratively within your team, as well as with a range of other teams within and outside of the division including business development managers, brokers and borrowers with settlement enquiries.The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of the residential settlements process, be able to work to tight deadlines and at times under pressure, be able to execute a strong attention to detail and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation of files for settlement in accordance with La Trobe Financial's policy and procedureAdhere to all legislative requirementsEnsure documentation received satisfies requirements of outstanding conditions prior to settlementEffectively communicate with brokers, borrowers and solicitors to ensure they are aware of the progress of their file until settlementCompetent with the following programs: Loan Closer, Equifax, Valuation Exchange (Valex), Global XEnsure a high level of customer service and professionalism is maintained with all brokers,
