Our Retail Technology team works directly with retailers across Food & Grocery and Liquor, delivering innovative technology solutions that improve store performance, increase efficiency and support business growth.This is a highly autonomous, field-based role that will see you spending much of your time on the road visiting retail sites, building relationships, delivering training and providing hands‐on technology support.
We're looking for a personable, self‐motivated professional who enjoys working directly with customers, managing multiple priorities and making a genuine impact in the field.What you'll be doingBuilding strong relationships with independent retailers, POS vendors and internal stakeholdersProviding on-site and remote support across a range of retail technology solutions including POS systems, loyalty platforms and eCommerce programsDelivering engaging training and coaching to retailers and end usersSupporting the implementation and rollout of technology solutions across multiple sitesManaging multiple projects, priorities and retailer requests simultaneouslyTroubleshooting and resolving technology issues to ensure a positive retailer experienceSupporting strategic technology initiatives and change management projectsCreating and maintaining technical documentation,
