The Role
Embedded within an innovative P&C; team and reporting to a Senior P&C; Business Partner, you'll be a trusted point of contact for people leaders and employees alike — advising across performance, employee relations, talent acquisition, and day-to-day HR.
You'll support the performance management cycle, get close to real ER matters, and contribute to business partnering activity with visible impact.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with leaders to provide timely, pragmatic advice across a broad range of people matters
Support leaders through performance management discussions — coaching on approach, process, and outcomes




Coordinate the annual performance cycle with consistency and quality
Provide first-line ER/IR support, including exposure to case management
Contribute to end-to-end talent acquisition across a range of functions
Manage people administration and HR systems, and look for ways to continuously improve

Who We're Looking For
An emerging P&C; professional with a solid generalist foundation from a retail, consumer brand, or customer-facing environment
A self-starter who spots what needs doing and gets on with it
Commercially aware, with the maturity to engage credibly at all levels
A critical thinker with a genuine growth mindset
Some ER/IR exposure, or a strong appetite to develop in this space
Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation
Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline
