This role is a key part of the Victorian Government's High Intensity OSHC initiative (find out more at: High Intensity Outside School Hours Care Initiative for students with disabilities | vic.gov.au).
The service is fully funded by the Victorian Government and operates at a high staff to child ratios to appropriately meet the needs of each participant (approximately 1 educator for every 2 children).
If you are experienced in the early childhood, OSHC and/or disability support sectors and passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families, this role is for you.About The Role:Have the opportunity to lead your own OSHC service and support local families by providing quality before and after school care and holiday programs for their child in a specialist school settingPlan and prepare child focused programs for school aged children in a specialist school settingHigh staff to student ratio to ensure every child's individual needs are met (1:2, 1:1)Foster a positive team culture through coaching, training, and reflective practiceRostering for your service with support from your Area ManagerManage compliance documents and other administrative tasksLiaise with families, school teams,
