The role ensures day-to-day technology runs smoothly, manages identity platforms and endpoint services, and collaborates with internal teams and vendors to keep systems secure and well-documented.The successful candidate will provide Level 1–2 support, administer Windows images and SOE, manage MDM and Entra ID, and contribute to patch management and end-user training.
