From delivering hands‐on technical training to supporting the rollout of new technologies, you'll help ensure our workforce remains skilled, compliant and ready for the future.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging safety and technical training that builds workforce capability.Champion a safety‐first culture and drive continuous improvement across our workshops.Identify skills gaps and develop targeted training pathways to support employee growth.Manage training compliance,
