Mildura Base Public Hospital is seeking passionate Youth Mental Health Clinician to join our Youth Recovery and Wellbeing Service (YRWS) Team on a (Full-Time or Part-Time) 2-Year Fixed-Term Contract.

About the Role
As a Youth Mental Health Clinician, you will:
Undertake comprehensive mental health and psychosocial assessments.
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and ongoing case management.
Develop collaborative recovery and safety plans with young people and their support networks.
Work closely with families, carers, schools, GPs, community agencies and partner organisations.
Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews and clinical decision making.
Deliver services in community, clinic and outreach settings.
Contribute to service development, quality improvement and a positive team culture.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and meet relevant legislative and professional standards.
Who We're Looking For?
We're seeking clinicians who are passionate about working with young people and committed to providing exceptional, recovery-oriented care.
You'll bring:
Experience or a strong interest in youth mental health.
Excellent communication and engagement skills.




Sound understanding of clinical risk assessment and management
A collaborative approach to working with young people, families and multidisciplinary teams.
The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team.
A commitment to trauma-informed, culturally safe and person-centred practice.
An understanding of family-inclusive practice and youth development.
