About the Role

As Practice Manager, you will work closely with our Lead Vet and leadership team to oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow, strong financial performance, and a positive, supportive team culture.

This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced workplace and enjoys balancing people management with operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor and support nursing, reception and support teams
Oversee rostering, performance management and team development
Manage clinic operations, policies and procedures
Drive financial performance including budgets, KPIs and reporting
Lead recruitment, onboarding and staff engagement initiatives




Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards
Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture
Work collaboratively with veterinarians to support exceptional patient and client care

About You
Previous experience in Practice Management (veterinary or healthcare preferred)
Highly organised with solid communication skills
Confident managing budgets, KPIs and operational targets
Solutions-focused, proactive and adaptable
Passionate about team development and delivering outstanding client service
