supervision and education for children aged 6 weeks to 6 yearsPlan, implement and evaluate age-appropriate learning programs in line with the EYLFSupport children's emotional, physical, social and educational developmentMaintain a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environmentSupervise daily routines, including meals, rest, hygiene and indoor/outdoor activitiesObserve children's progress and contribute to learning documentation and developmental recordsCommunicate effectively with families regarding children's care and developmentEnsure compliance with centre policies, child safety requirements, NQS and relevant regulatory standardsSupport, guide and mentor other educators within the room as requiredContribute to team planning, programming and continuous improvement initiativesSkill & ExperienceRelevant qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care, being at least an ACECQA-approved Diploma or equivalent qualification suitable for the roleDemonstrated experience working in an early childhood education and care settingStrong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and regulatory requirementsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a team and support junior educatorsOrganised, reliable and committed to providing high-quality care and education
