As a Retail Supervisor at Bunnings, you'll be the go-to and support for the store's senior leadership team.

This is a full-time role and flexibility to work morning, day and evening shifts Sunday to Thursday is required so that we can provide the best experience to our customers.
We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $***** per hour for this role.
What's involved:
Lead by example by demonstrating best service practices and support the team in providing friendly and helpful advice to customers
Coach the team through guidance on appropriate service behaviours
Helping onboard and train new team members by providing training and induction support
Merchandising standards to ensure all merchandising meets business requirements
Managing and coordinating stock effectively.
