We are currently seeking a site-based
Site Administrators
to join our busy team on a 2/1 FIFO roster assisting with project, site administration and mobilisation.
Reporting to the Supervisors on site, you will be responsible for the general onboarding coordination, arranging pre-employment medicals, assisting with preparing and maintaining rosters, travel arrangements, procurement and ensuring internal and external requests are fulfilled and achieving all deadlines.

The Opportunity
Assisting new starters by forecasting requirements and preparing for their arrival,
Organising employment paperwork, medicals and training where required,
Ordering and allocating Personal Protective Equipment (PPE),
Arranging flights and accommodation for site-based personnel, visitors and contractors,
Maintaining and updating weekly rosters and staff registers,
Maintaining Timesheets and updating data for weekly wages,
Raising purchase order requisitions as required,
Negotiating with suppliers, following up on orders and taking delivery of purchases.
You'll be working on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth, alongside experienced leaders and teams who know how to deliver in tough environments.
Position requirements:
To be the successful candidate, you will need to possess the following qualifications, skills, and attributes:
Must be based in Western Australia,
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a mobilisation role, with demonstrated experience mobilising personnel to BHP and/or Rio Tinto sites.
Intermediate experience in data entry, flight & accommodation bookings,
High level of accuracy, and aptitude for identifying potential disruptions with travel bookings and rosters,
Experience using Pronto or a similar ERP is desired though not essential,
Friendly and skilled customer service to both internal and external stakeholders,
A team player who can ensure consistent workflow and smooth transitions between rosters and shifts,
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook,
Previous experience working with complex rosters will be favourably considered.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
