We're seeking a motivated Junior HSE Advisor to join a major wind farm project in Regional NSW.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly growing renewable energy sector while working alongside an experienced project team.
What's on Offer
6-month contract with strong potential for extension
$50–$60 per hour (depending on experience)
$70 per day Living Away From Home Allowance (LAFHA)
Accommodation provided
FIFO or DIDO options available
Flexible roster – 2:2 or 3:1

Don't have your Global Wind Organisation (GWO) Basic Safety Training?
We can arrange and pay for the right candidate to complete their GWO certification.
This is a highly sought-after qualification that can open doors to long-term opportunities within the wind industry.
Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation of site health, safety and environmental systems.
Conduct site inspections and safety observations.




Assist with incident reporting and investigations.
Participate in toolbox talks and pre-start meetings.
Monitor compliance with company and client HSE requirements.
Promote a positive safety culture across the project.
Maintain accurate HSE documentation and records.
About You
Previous experience in construction, civil, mining, infrastructure or renewable energy is advantageous.
Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety (or currently working towards it) is desirable.
Solid communication and organisational skills.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Current driver's licence.
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
