As Australia's leading tile and bathroomware retailer, we're looking for a driven Retail Store Manager to lead our store team and deliver outstanding results.

The Role:Reporting to the State Retail Manager, you'll be accountable for driving sales, profit and customer experience across your store.
You'll take the lead on:Delivering sales, margin and operating profit in line with targetsLeading, coaching and developing a high-performing retail teamDriving customer engagement and conversion on the showroom floorBuilding strong relationships with both retail and trade customersEnsuring consistent execution of brand, safety and operational stanrds
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead from the front and set the standard.
