Processing Safety Training Advisor
to join a growing gold producer.
FIFO ex Perth 8/6 roster
Permanent opportunity
Hands-on role working alongside operators and supervisors in the processing plant
Focus on practical coaching, competency assessments and capability development
Develop and maintain training packages, competency frameworks, SWPs and work instructions
Coordinate site training plans and ensure training compliance
Maintain accurate training records and audit-ready documentation
Chance to influence training standards and improve workforce capability
Work closely with Processing Superintendents and operational leaders
Balance of field-based coaching and training administration
