Independent NDIS Support worker required
Location: Mungindi NSW ****
We are seeking a caring and reliable support person to assist us with our 8 year old son, who has high additional needs, with an unique chance to live and work in a peaceful rural setting.
About us: We are on a farm located 30km east from Mungindi NSW **** a lovely town located on the NSW/QLD border, offering a wonderful social inclusive community.
My husband and I own and run the farm along with our 3 children.
Our youngest child is 8, has high additional needs and requires fulltime care.
As a support worker in our home, you will play a critical role in delivering person-centred care to our child.
You will be responsible for the implementation of individualised care plans and administering specialised treatments.
Your ability to provide loving, caring and nurturing support, along with your flexibility, will be essential.
You'll work exclusively with our son, allowing you to build a deep, meaningful connection and provide highly personalized care.
The role offers flexibility with at least 5 days a week and entails before and after school care and some weekend care.




Minimum of 32 hours a week.
More hours if willing.

Show kindness, care and empathy in all interactions with our child and our family.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and perform tasks specific to our child's needs
Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated and holistic care.
A responsible driver with a valid license
