About the Role:
Are you a versatile operator with a strong safety mindset and experience across mining and civil construction projects?
We are looking for
Multi-Skilled Operators
to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful delivery of key infrastructure and resource projects.
What You'll Be Doing:
Operating a variety of heavy machinery including excavators, dozers, graders, loaders, rollers, scrapers and haul trucks.
Conducting daily pre-start checks and reporting equipment issues.




Working collaboratively with supervisors and crew to meet project targets.
Maintaining a strong commitment to safety, environmental compliance, and teamwork.
What We're Looking For:
Valid plant operator tickets (RIIMPO or equivalent).
HR or MR driver's licence (desirable).
Minimum 2 years' experience in mining or civil construction.
Solid understanding of WHS practices and site procedures.
Flexibility to work across different machines and tasks as needed.
A proactive attitude and robust work ethic.
