Our centre features stunning open-plan rooms bathed in natural light and premium natural play spaces.
Operating from 6:30am – 6:30pm we provide the ultimate setting for 141 children to flourish, supported by a frequent rotation of world-class, age-appropriate resources.
About you;
You're an experienced Lead Educator with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership
Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating engaging learning environments
You design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners
Nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in every child
Inspires inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching
Lays a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning
What You'll Bring:
A
Diploma
in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
A current Working with Children Check
Solid knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
Australian Working Rights
A professional and friendly personal presentation




Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
A team-first attitude and a desire to make a difference
Comfortable supporting and participating in the Catholic identity of the service, including prayer, faith-based celebrations and community events, while embracing the values of the Xavier College community.
Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
