This is not your typical Monday-to-Friday desk job.
It's a hands-on, outdoor role where every day is an adventure!
But here's the deal:
weekends and all QLD school holiday periods are our peak time, and they are 100% essential for this role.
If you can't commit to these, this role won't be the right fit.
The Role
This position is a dynamic blend of adventure tourism, site operations, and technical development.
Your day-to-day will include:
Safety Supervision:
High-angle supervision and performing technical rescues when required.
Guest Engagement:
Delivering high-energy safety briefings and ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience.
Park Maintenance & Infrastructure:
Assisting with the upkeep and inspection of our courses.
High performers will have the opportunity to assist our in-house construction team on major projects.
Operational Excellence:
Maintaining the pristine natural environment and ensuring the highest safety standards are met at all times.
Qualifications
Current CPR & First Aid certification (essential)
QLD Blue Card (essential)
