Overview
ADENCO is seeking an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator with strong Rio Tinto mobilisation experience to lead end‐to‐end mobilisation activities for new and existing personnel across multiple projects.
This role oversees rostering, travel, accommodation, charter flight coordination, PPE allocation and compliance requirements, ensuring all stakeholders are mobilised accurately, safely and on time.
The Mobilisation Coordinator also supports and mentors the Mobilisation Administrator and acts as a key liaison between internal teams, clients and aviation partners.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and maintain accurate mobilisation data across ADENCO and client systems, including employee records, rosters, flight manifests, itineraries and accommodation bookings.
Oversee charter flight scheduling aligned to rosters, including ad‐hoc bookings, changes and cost management.
Liaise with ADENCO's aviation provider regarding flight requirements, scheduling, charter needs and stakeholder changes.
Manage stakeholder travel requirements and book flights as required.
Identify and resolve roadblocks within the mobilisation process to ensure seamless delivery.
Ensure all site entry forms, compliance documentation and approvals are completed in client systems prior to mobilisation.
Coordinate PPE, uniforms and equipment to required specifications and maintain inventory.
Execute onboarding requirements including medicals, training bookings, inductions and compliance documentation.
Raise purchase orders and manage supplier interactions where required.




Maintain stakeholder training records, competencies and compliance within ADENCO systems.
Support the Mobilisation Administrator with flight bookings, onboarding tasks and meeting client mobilisation deadlines.
Liaise with clients and key stakeholders to meet mobilisation and PPE delivery requirements.
Manage general administrative duties including data entry, phone calls, training records and mobilisation documentation.
Required Experience
Strong and proven Rio Tinto mobilisation experience, including processing personnel through Rio Tinto systems, managing Rio Tinto inductions, medicals, site access approvals and compliance requirements.
Minimum two years mobilisation experience within mining, construction or resources.
Demonstrated understanding of rosters, accommodation processes, manifests and maintaining training records.
Advanced computer literacy across mobilisation systems such as Enable Logistics, ERMS, Workflow, Definitiv and Rio Tinto mobilisation platforms.
Skills and Attributes
