Are you an experienced Mortgage Broker who is already settling consistent volume but finding that administration, loan processing, and lender follow-ups are limiting your capacity?
You may currently be working independently or with limited administrative support and have reached the point where managing every part of the loan process is restricting your productivity and career progression.
Everstones Financial Services is seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker to join our growing Canberra team.
This opportunity is designed for an established broker who has demonstrated the ability to generate and settle business but is looking for stronger operational support, experienced colleagues, and a qualified platform to progress to the next stage of their career.
Our dedicated back-end team manages much of the loan processing and administration, allowing you to focus on client advice, relationship management, referral development, and other revenue-generating activities.

Key Responsibilities
As a Mortgage Broker at Everstones, you will:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Assess clients' financial circumstances, objectives, and borrowing requirements.
Develop and present appropriate lending strategies and loan structures.
Guide clients through the lending process and provide clear, professional advice.




Generate recent opportunities through referrals, networking, and professional relationships.
Work closely with lenders, solicitors, accountants, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders.
Maintain high standards of compliance, professionalism, and customer service.
Work collaboratively with our back-end team and senior brokers to achieve strong client outcomes.
Stay informed about lender policies, credit requirements, and industry developments.
What We Are Looking For
The successful candidate will:
Have at least two years of recent hands-on mortgage broking experience, with more extensive industry experience highly regarded.
Have a demonstrated ability to generate, manage, and settle lending business.
Understand residential lending products, lender policies, loan structuring, and the application process.
Be confident managing client relationships and providing professional lending advice.
Be proactive in developing referral relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
Maintain strong compliance, communication, and customer service standards.
An established referral network and a consistent settlement history would be highly regarded.
