The company sets innovative menus bringing out the best of the local produce with their in house dining room.Required:AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training or AQF Certificate IVOR at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications.Preparation, creation, decoration of food itemsEamining foodstuffs to ensure qualityPlan,



develop and estimate food costs when ordering food suppliesMonitor quality of dishesPrepare and cook food demonstrating a variety of cooking techniquesSeason food during cookingPortion foodKeep kitchen and enforce hygiene regulationsEnthusiasm and creative approach to providing high-quality cuisineDemonstrated understanding of Australian food safety and HACCPMonitor and produce quality dishes in all stages of preparation and organisationYou will be joining a high performing workplace that believes in developing current talent and empowering people to drive their own results.Salary Range $76,000-$80,000 + super, dependent on experience.Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
