satisfyallrelevantstatutoryobligations
satisfytheAustralianPublicServiceValuesandCodeofConduct
contributetoandsupportachievementoftheCourt’sStrategicandBusinessPlans
operatewithintheCourt’spoliciesandproceduralguidelines,and
supportandcontributetotheCourt’sServiceCharter

KeyResponsibilitiesandDuties
Day-to-dayrunningofchambersincludingrespondingtoenquiries.
Supervisetheworkofthedeputyassociate.
AssisttheJudgetomanagethedocketbypreparingandmanagingmatterswaitingforhearing.
Ensurethecourt’scasemanagementsystemisup-to-dateandassisttheJudgeinthepreparationofordersandtypingofjudgments.
Maintaincourtrelatedrelationshipswithvariousexternalstakeholders.
Contributetoorganisationalforumsworkingforbetterworkingpractices.
Otherdutiesasrequired.
