Our Melbourne flagship clinic is searching for an experienced, passionate, and reliable senior Front Desk & Treatment Coordinator to deliver high-class service and become the trusted guide for every patient's journey with us.About the RoleFull-time, based at our renowned Melbourne clinic.
You'll be the first point of contact and the steady hand behind every patient's experience, making sure they feel welcome and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors.This is more than a front desk role.
You are the vital link between our patients and our clinical team: presenting treatment plans, guiding patients through their options and investment, and turning interest into a confident, booked decision.What you'll actually doOwn the patient journey end to end—enquiry, consultation, treatment plan presentation, booking, follow-up and aftercarePresent treatment plans and pricing with warmth and confidence, including finance and payment optionsConvert consultations into booked treatments and follow up the ones that need time (this is a measured, accountable part of the role)Manage the studio diary, coordinate with clinical staff, and keep every day running to a premium standardBe the first and last impression — in person, on the phone, and over emailHandle high-profile and discerning patients with absolute discretionReception and admin dutiesWhat You'll Bring:Minimum 3 years in a front office, reception or patient coordination role (dental, medical,



aesthetics or premium hospitality).
Confidence presenting treatment, pricing and finance options — and genuine comfort talking about money and helping people decide.Experience with HICAPS and private billing systems.Strong written and verbal communication skills.A highly organised multitasker who thrives in a rapid-paced, high-standard environment.Positive energy, polished presentation and a proactive attitude.A team player with leadership potential.Valid Police Check and Working with Children Check.Why Join Us?
