You will work inside an established club where members are already investing in their health and looking for guidance.

What you will do




Your responsibilities will include delivering Personal Training sessions, developing programs and supporting clients between appointments.
You will also actively engage with members, participate in club activity and follow up opportunities.
Building a full client base requires visibility and consistent action, and we will help you develop the skills to do both effectively.
What we are looking for
Certificate III and IV in Fitness, or currently completing them
Current First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain them
Professional presentation and reliable communication
Confidence working with different personalities and goals
A business-minded, coachable and proactive attitude
New trainers are encouraged to apply, as are experienced coaches looking for stronger business support.
