Field Service Technician - Epping VICOmni Group Pty LtdOmni Group is seeking a hands on and motivated Service Technician to join our growing VIC Service team.This role is focused on preventative maintenance, servicing, and technical support of packaging equipment across customer sites.Key Responsibilities:Conduct preventative maintenance and servicing at customer sitesDiagnose faults and carry out repairs (onsite and in workshop)Set up and test new and returned equipmentComplete detailed service reports within 24 hoursIdentify follow-up work and prepare quotationsProvide clear and qualified communication to customersSuccess in this role looks like:Up to 15 services completed per weekTimely and accurate service reportingStrong customer relationships and satisfactionIdentification of additional service opportunitiesSkills & Experience:Experience in preventative maintenance or similar roleStrong mechanical aptitudeExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work autonomously and in a teamHigh attention to detailRequirements:Physically fit and reliableLimited electrical license(preferred but not required)At Omni Group, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and building long term customer relationships.
