With a focus on enhancing the customer experience, you'll collaborate with the sales and finance teams, ensuring dealership profitability while meeting and exceeding set targets and KPIs.
Your responsibilities include:Promoting a range of aftercare products and offering expert advice to recent and existing customers.Managing inquiries and achieving sales targets for aftermarket products.Maintaining accurate sales logs and providing post-sale customer support.Collaborating with all dealership departments to ensure seamless operations.Providing exceptional customer service to enhance the buying experience.About You:
