Your responsibilities will include:Conducting comprehensive and up-to-date clinical assessments across a diverse patient basePrescribing exercise programs and developing tailored care plansLiaising with residents, families, community patients, nursing and medical practitioners, and equipment suppliersManaging falls reviews and implementing prevention strategiesProviding private practice services within our onsite medical hubYou will also have access to fully equipped,
