About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and highly organised Operations Coordinator/Administrator with experience in construction, building products, equipment hire, logistics, or a similar operational workplace to support our Sydney, Canberra, and Newcastle modular hire branches.This is a hands-on role that requires someone who is comfortable working in a high-volume operational setting, managing competing priorities, supporting multiple sites, and adapting quickly to changing business needs.You will play a key role in coordinating stock, procurement, invoicing, reporting, and logistics-related administration while working closely with various teams across the business.Candidates must be able to work from the Seven Hills location until early ****, after which the role will relocate to Badgerys Creek.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee monthly stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory recordsCreate, update, and manage Purchase Orders (POs)Assist with service requests and associated administrative tasksProcess invoices with accurate cost centre allocationCoordinate returns processing and ensure all documentation is completed correctlyProvide administrative support for transport and logistics systemsContribute to a shared call queue, providing support across multiple service centresGenerate reports, analyse data, and provide meaningful operational insightsLiaise with site managers, operators, and support teams to ensure efficient day-to-day operations04th August, ****About YouMinimum 2 years' experience in an administration, operations support, or service coordination rolePrevious experience within construction, building products, industrial services,
