Representing brands such as Subaru, Deepal and Foton – a global leader in commercial vehicles now making its mark in Australia – you will act as a trusted advisor, supporting customers both in-store and online from their first enquiry through to post-delivery follow-up.Your focus will be on delivering tailored solutions through exceptional service, expert product knowledge, and an ability to manage the end-to-end sales process with confidence.
You will also be comfortable using digital tools such as Salesforce and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure every customer interaction is efficient, flexible, and memorable.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide a personalised and engaging customer experience from enquiry through to deliveryShowcase deep product knowledge to educate customers on vehicle features and benefitsManage the complete sales process including test drives, trade-in evaluations, paperwork, and post-sale follow-upsUtilise Salesforce and other digital tools to accurately maintain customer records and manage sales activityCollaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver a consistent and flexible experience across all customer touchpointsAbout youYou are a customer-focused individual who thrives in a dynamic sales environment.
