You will investigate complex incidents, identify root causes and implement reliable, maintainable solutions across configuration, automation, integrations, security and custom development.You will work closely with Solution Architects, developers and customer stakeholders, contributing to technical discussions and recommending the right solution for each workplace.Responsibilities:Investigate and resolve complex Salesforce incidents, defects and service requestsTroubleshoot issues across configuration, Flow, Apex, security, data and integrationsImplement controlled fixes that improve platform reliability and maintainabilityContribute to solution design discussions with architects and developersSupport sandbox development, testing,



deployments and code reviewsExplain technical findings, risks and recommendations to customersProvide guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 support resourcesMaintain clear technical documentationExperience:Strong hands-on Salesforce configuration and troubleshooting experienceAdvanced Salesforce Flow capabilityExperience with Apex classes, triggers and test classesGood understanding of Salesforce security, sharing and access controlsExperience with APIs, integrations, middleware and third-party applicationsUnderstanding of Salesforce DevOps, source control and deployment processesExperience working with sandbox environments and tools such as BitbucketOmniStudio or Education Cloud experience would be advantageousStrong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skillsWhy you should apply:Work across complex Salesforce environments and technical challengesRemain hands-on while contributing to solution designWork closely with experienced architects and developersHybrid working with Monday and Friday available from homeWe cannot offer sponsorship for this role
