As we grow across these two properties, we're building a team who can help us maintain the high standards our guests and residents expect, wherever they're staying with us.Location: Panorama Retreat, Kalorama, with regular work across our Preston propertyWe are seeking a reliable and hands-on Property Maintenance Tradesperson to join our team.
This is a maintenance-based role covering grounds and handyman work, based primarily at Panorama Retreat in Kalorama, with this role also working across our growing Preston property as we expand in the region.This is a full time position suited to someone with a practical background and a strong work ethic who enjoys variety, working across more than one site, and being part of a team.About the RoleYou will be responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of both properties, including patching, painting, and handyman repairs, ensuring facilities, rooms,



and grounds are maintained to a high standard for guests, residents and staff across Kalorama and Preston.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral building and property maintenance across both sitesGrounds maintenance and handyman workPatching, painting, and general repairsTile repairs and similar general maintenance tasksCarpentry work (where qualified/experienced)Preventative maintenance and repairsAssisting with room turnarounds and conference setup as requiredTravelling between Kalorama and Preston as neededWorking collaboratively with management and other staffAbout YouPrevious experience in maintenance, trade, or a hands-on roleA trade background is highly desirable - ideally a qualified carpenter, or someone with strong carpentry skillsConfident undertaking patching, painting, and general repair workPractical, self-motivated, and solution-focusedAble to work independently and as part of a teamReliable, punctual, and well presentedValid driver's license, for travel between sites
