Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operationsMaintain a high customer service focus, and take both responsibility and pride in having a positive impactUse initiative to resolve issues, always clearly communicating with both customers and colleaguesCreate ideas and suggestions to enhance procedures in the villas.Actively seek feedback from owners and action improvements where possibleIdentify shortfalls before they affect customer service, and develop action plans to address these issuesDemonstrate positive leadership characteristics which inspire team members to meet and exceed standardsUnderstand the hospitality industry, the southwest market,



and be aware of potential highs and lows in the businessPrepare rosters and job schedules for team members, and coordinate the payrollComplete regular financial and operating reportsWhat are we looking for?
Guest services experience in a hotel/resort environmentStrong communication and coordination skillsPositive team playerResponsible and self-motivatedPatient, responsible, and proactiveAbility to work under pressureTech-savvy and organizedEnthusiastic and eager for knowledgeFlexible and resilient with various challengesPositioned in the South West Region of WA, we prefer the applicant to reside within 30 minute drive of our location.
