It's an onsite role, based in Keysborough, five days a week (no work from home).
Record daily financial transactions for the businessManage accounts receivable, including invoicing, allocations and collectionsManage accounts payable, including reviewing supplier and subcontractor invoices and processing paymentsMaintain accurate ledgers and financial recordsReconcile bank and credit card accountsAssist with monthly financial reports, including Profit and Loss and Balance SheetsSupport BAS preparation alongside the Finance ManagerProcess full payroll,



including wages, leave, PAYG and superannuationEnsure compliance with ATO, STP, Fair Work and payroll tax requirementsProvide general office administration and support with employee inductions and HR processes (HR outsourced)About you5+ years' experience in a bookkeeping and payroll roleStrong knowledge of Xero or MYOB, Xero preferredCertificate IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting, or equivalent will be highly regardedConfident with payroll calculations, including overtime and travel allowancesExperience processing payroll across multiple awardsSolid understanding of accounts payable, and receivablesBenefitsJoin a business with genuinely strong staff tenureSupportive, family oriented team cultureStable, established business
