Ballarat Toyota has an opportunity for a qualified and experienced Finance and Insurance Manager (Business Manager) / Aftermarket consultant to join our team.
The successful applicant will have a background either in a similar role or in the Banking / Finance or Accounting Industry.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
Your role will entail presenting a range of Finance and Insurance products to our customers to assist them with the purchase of both Recent and Used Vehicles, as well as presenting Aftermarket Products.
Candidates must demonstrate intermediate level knowledge of finance and insurance products.
The role also includes receipting payments received for both deposits and final payments, invoicing vehicles, some administrative duties incl processing of paperwork for delivered vehicles.




The successful applicant for this position will be well presented; able to work autonomously; have excellent people skills; be able to quickly build rapport with both customers and fellow team members and have a keen eye for detail.
They must also have a high level of integrity and adhere to the highest ethics and confidentiality.
Automotive industry experience is preferred for this role.
The position is a full time, 5 day per week role and includes a requirement to work on Saturdays.
Applicants must be prepared to provide a Police Check and undergo a Toyota Finance Accreditation check.
An attractive remuneration package, consisting of retainer and commission, will be negotiated with the successful applicant commensurate with their experience.
