The Marketing & Digital Communications Specialist will support the development and delivery of marketing communications across digital and traditional channels. The role will coordinate the marketing calendar and manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships. This is a hands‑on role suited to an early career marketer who is organised, loves science & content writing and is comfortable working across multiple channels and stakeholders.
About the role
Content Development and Communication
Develop explicit, engaging science based content for marketing and customer materials
Ensure all content meets GAMA brand, regulatory and compliance requirements
Managing Marketing Campaigns
Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and business growth
Maintain the marketing calendar across eDMs, social media and campaigns
Coordinate with creative, sales and clinical teams to deliver materials on time
Execution and Performance Tracking
Coordinate and schedule campaign assets in line with the media plan
Support website and landing-page updatesTrack basic performance such as open rates, click-through rates and social engagement
Prepare campaign reports and recommendation
Event and Stakeholder Support
Coordinate the development and updating of marketing collateral for all events
Support the promotion of webinars, conferences and GAMA events
Maintain organised marketing files, templates and approved assets

Skills and experience
1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, content or digital marketing
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
Experience creating content for marketing channels
Good stakeholder communication and organisational skills
