This business is looking to bring its paid media function in-house and is seeking someone who has successfully led this transition before.
This is an opportunity to build and own an in-house performance marketing function, working closely with senior leadership to drive customer acquisition and commercial growth.Responsibilites:Lead the transition from an external agency model to a high-performing in-house paid media functionOwn the paid media strategy and hands-on execution across Meta, Google, TikTok and other acquisition channelsManage and optimise significant paid media budgets to maximise ROAS, MER and customer acquisitionPartner closely with Ecommerce, CRM,



Creative and Trading teams to deliver high-performing campaigns aligned with product launches and key trading periodsDrive creative testing, campaign optimisation, forecasting and performance reportingIdentify new growth opportunities and continuously improve channel performanceWe're looking for someone who has:Successfully transitioned a paid media function from agency to in-house (essential)Current or recent in-house performance marketing experience (agency-only backgrounds won't be the right fit)Fashion ecommerce experience is highly preferred, however we're also open to candidates from beauty or other fast-paced DTC consumer brandsA proven track record managing large paid media budgets and delivering commercial growthA hands-on approach with solid experience across Meta and Google Ads
