This role is critical in ensuring productivity onsite, compliance with quality, accurate pricing, smooth project transitions, and robust collaboration across multiple teams.Key Responsibilities:Quality assurance and productivity/efficiency of jobsDeliver accurate cost estimates and manage tender submissionsConduct review of accuracy of quotesAssist in development of procedures to streamline processes.Regularly discuss potential projects with the team and action on leadsLiaise regularly with operations teams, technicians,



and administration to ensure smooth project handovers and clarity of requirementsMonitor project progress post-award to ensure pricing assumptions and scope align with actual deliverySupport the coordination of materials, subcontractors, and scheduling as needed to ensure successful project deliverySelection Criteria:At least2years' experiencein project engineering, estimating/tender preparation preferably within Road surfacing / Civil industry.Basic Knowledge of constructionin order to raise questions and provide adviceHighly developed communication and Interpersonal skillsProficient with Microsoft Office, Excel & OutlookA high degree of initiative, takes ownership of issues and demonstrates a "can do" attitudeAbility to prioritize and stay calm under pressureConstruction/project experience highly desirableOffer to you:Remuneration package will be offered to the successful applicant based on skills and experience.Company vehicle and phone providedSupportive and friendly cultureChallenging and rewarding roleWorking arrangements Flexible, Site office + Working from Home
