This leadership role ensures seamless coordination of workforce mobilisation, project execution, safety, compliance, logistics, and stakeholder engagement.
With a strong emphasis on safety, operational excellence, people leadership,



and continuous improvement, the role drives high-performance standards, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and cultural alignment across UOS project sites.Key responsibilitiesOperational leadership & deliveryLeadership, supervision & team cultureCompliance & quality assuranceLogistics, equipment & documentationPerformance monitoring & continuous improvementPricing / quoting of workPeople, safety & cultureMonthly reporting into the UOS BoardSelection CriteriaCandidates will need to have extensive industry experience in the Victorian ESI sector, ideally withknowledge and experience in overhead linework.
Successful candidates will be highly organised, with outstanding organisational, time management and customer service skills.
