The business supports many of Australia and New Zealand's leading hospitals and healthcare providers and continues to experience strong growth across the region.About the RoleAn opportunity exists for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of healthcare infrastructure and equipment installation projects within hospital and clinical environments.
The role involves regular travel, as such you need to be able to travel regularly for the role.Reporting closely to the Project Management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, supervising installation teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.This position requires a hands-on leader who can confidently manage site operations, maintain productive relationships with builders and contractors, and support the ongoing development of field-based teams.Candidates with experience in healthcare technology,
medical equipment, low-voltage systems, instrumentation, mechanical systems, or other technical installation environments will be highly regarded.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise installation, commissioning, and project activities on siteCoordinate project delivery in line with approved schedules and implementation plansPrepare project sites prior to installation commencementMonitor project expenditure and maintain awareness of budget performanceEnsure compliance with company standards, quality systems, and workplace safety requirementsConduct site inspections and maintain safe working environmentsManage contractors and subcontractors engaged on projectsCoordinate labour resources and site schedules to meet project timelinesComplete project reporting, corrective action documentation, and compliance recordsMonitor project progress and proactively resolve site-related issuesFacilitate effective communication between project stakeholdersManage and resolve on-site challenges and operational requirementsMentor, coach, and develop installation personnelParticipate in stock control, inventory counts,
and compliance activitiesProvide detailed post-project reporting and continuous improvement recommendationsDevelop and maintain strong supplier and contractor relationshipsSupport customer presentations, technical discussions, and project planning activitiesDeliver product and system training to customers, partners, and internal teamsSkills & ExperienceMinimum 5 years' experience in a Site Manager, Supervisor, Lead Installer, or similar positionProven ability to lead and coordinate teams of up to 10 personnelDemonstrated ability to operate autonomously and take ownership of project outcomesExperience within healthcare, construction, technical services, infrastructure, or related industriesExposure to low-voltage systems, technical equipment, healthcare infrastructure, or mechanical systems is advantageousExperience working alongside major construction contractors is highly regardedExposure to AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor, or similar CAD software is desirable but not essentialWhy Apply?
