Based in Tatura, the Project Lead (CRM) will guide CRM delivery, data quality and customer experience across the program.The role requires experience delivering CRM outcomes in large projects, strong stakeholder engagement, and familiarity with CRM platforms such as Infor, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Oracle or SAP.
