We're not a high-volume agency, we focus on quality portfolio management, proactive client communication and building long-term relationships with the committees and owners we work with.We invest heavily in technology, systems and our people, and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of a business that genuinely cares about doing things the right way.The OpportunityThis is a genuine long-term opportunity for an experienced Owners Corporation Manager to take ownership of an established Melbourne portfolio with strong support behind them.You'll be backed by a dedicated administration and accounts team, with most meetings conducted via Zoom and flexibility to manage your day the way it works best for you.
Occasional attendance at AGMs, committee meetings and site inspections across metropolitan Melbourne will be required.On top of a competitive base salary, you'll earn 40% of Schedule 2.2 fees, meaning your income grows as the portfolio grows.
