Department of Justice and Community Safety VIC - Melbourne VICHelp protect the integrity of Victoria's racing industry through meaningful oversight.Use data and risk analysis to support important decisions and improve public confidence.Join a small, expert team where your work will shape audits, investigations and future priorities.Enjoy varied work that combines strategy, analysis and real public impact.Ongoing, full-time role earning $142,790 - $191,084 per year, plus super.What you will doAs integrity risk and reporting lead, you will lead the Commissioner's integrity risk framework and help strengthen oversight of Victoria's racing industry.You will use data, information and risk analysis to support decisions, identify emerging issues and improve assurance activities.You will:lead the development and ongoing improvement of the Commissioner's integrity risk frameworkcollect, validate and analyse complex information to identify current and emerging integrity risksprepare clear reports and practical insights that support audits, investigations and decision-makingmonitor progress against recommendations and report on compliance and emerging concernspromote evidence-based decision-making and work across the office to strengthen risk management practices.About youA relevant tertiary qualification in risk, data analytics or a related field is desirable.
Experience working with confidential or sensitive matters in a justice, regulatory, integrity or government setting will be highly regarded.You should also have:strong skills in risk identification, assessment and strategic analysisadvanced experience collecting,
analysing and presenting data using tools such as Excel and Power BIthe ability to turn complex information into clear advice for different audiencesexcellent communication skills, sound judgement and the ability to adapt in a small team.To learn even more about this role, please read the position description.
