Whether for a new home or a renovation, we offer expert advice, great service and top brands.About the role As a Showroom Sales Consultant, you'll provide expert advice on a large range of leading Australian and international brands that inspire the creation of dream bathrooms.
This is a genuine sales role where you will partner with a diverse customer base including builders, renovators, architects, designers, and retail customers, building solid rapport to win new business, encourage repeat trade and bring their projects to life.Your day to dayGuiding customers and helping them choose the right bathroom productsProactively identifying and pursuing new opportunities to grow sales and market shareCreating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phoneUsing our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to lifeVisiting customer offices and building sites to build relationships, understand project needs and win work.Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safelyWe'd love to hear from you if you're someone who:Has previous experience in sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customersMight not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and growA warm, energetic and consultative approach and the ability to quickly build rapport and identify customer needsTech-savvy and adaptable to learn new systemsIs open to working various shifts,
