We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Used Vehicle Sales Consultant to join the team at Easy Auto 123 Brooklyn.
This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, assisting customers in finding the right vehicle to suit their needs, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced and dynamic dealership environment.Working closely with the Sales Manager and wider dealership team, you will play a key role in building strong customer relationships, promoting our extensive range of quality pre-owned vehicles, and contributing to the continued success of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting customers through the used vehicle purchasing journey from enquiry to deliveryBuilding and maintaining strong customer relationshipsAchieving individual and team sales targetsConducting vehicle demonstrations and test drivesManaging customer enquiries and sales leads through the dealership CRM systemPreparing sales documentation and ensuring compliance with dealership processesCollaborating with finance, aftermarket, and service teams to deliver an outstanding customer experienceMaintaining a thorough understanding of stock availability and vehicle featuresContributing to the presentation and appearance of the dealership and vehicle displaysAbout YouPrevious experience in automotive sales or a customer-focused sales environment (highly regarded)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsA motivated,
