The role focuses on creating protected, stable, and nurturing environments while helping young people develop emotional regulation, life skills, and positive relationships.Active support: meal prep, dressing, transportation, social outings, plan for and achieve daily goalsHealth support: administer and document medication and follow health support plansPositive behaviour support: manage behaviours, triggers and escalationsSafeguarding: ensure safety of you and the young person,
