!Duties:Lead the day-to-day supervision of the housekeeping team.Lead , motivate, train and develop all Housekeeping team membersUphold Pegasus Customer & Service standards to give the guest the best experience possibleOrganise and allocate rooms for rostered team members on shiftEnsure appropriate chemical safety and OH&S; standards are practiced and maintained to the highest standard.Lead by example by assisting with room cleaning duties when required.Willingness to support the team with room servicing duties on a regular basis when operationally required.Skills and experiencePrevious Housekeeping leadership experience in a hotel is preferredHousekeeping Supervisor looking to step up to Assistant Manager.Exceptional attention to detail and high cleaning standardsReliable and flexibleExcellent communication,
